Our products are of the highest quality and we are highly confident you would love and enjoy using our sheets!

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to make exchanges, send us an email at sales @granjoy.com

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Due to hygiene reason, we are unable to accept the returns of any used or washed products.

The Return Process

Please communicate with us, via email or phone before you ship back your product. We do not accept returns without prior communication.

After we confirm accepting your return, please ship back your item for return to our office at: 2 Gambas Crescent Nordcom Two #02-23 Singapore 757044

Please ensure that the items are in their original packaging, in the original brand new condition. We reserve the right to reject the return if the product is not in the original new condition.

Products bought during sales are not returnable.

Return / Refund Processing Fee

There would be a processing fee of $20 per product for any order cancellation or refund. This processing fee is because of the payment portal that charge us a fee during the point of your purchase that we are not able to get a refund for. 

Return Shipping Cost

We are not responsible for the return shipping cost. You have to take care of the return shipping cost.

How Long Does It Takes For The Refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 to 15 business days.

International Orders Refund

Our return policy applies to all of our international orders.

Please do note that we are not responsible for return shipping on international orders and would not provide reimbursement for any international return shipping charges.

International customers are responsible for duties and taxes in the destination country. We are unable to refund duties and taxes on international shipping.
